Abrasion Resistant Belts

Such type of belts are usually used in crusher sites, sand pits, cement factories, port of loading and unloading, power plants, road constructions, coal mines, iron-steel factories, factories proccessing agricultural products, sugar factories, stone and lime quarries, loading – unloading units of factories.

Features:

  1. Produced with the combination of NR/SBR/BR based materials.
  2. Used in conveying abrasive and coarse-grained materials.
  3. Resistant to impacts.
  4. Operating temparature is between -30°C and + 70°C.
  5. Resistant to ozone.
  6. Produced in accordance with DIN 22102 and TS EN ISO 14890 norms.

Oil Resistant Belts

Usage Areas:
Such type of belts are used in chemical substances manufacturing factories, synthetic and organic fertilizer production, transport facilities, sugar factories and recycling plants.

Features:

  1. They are produced based on nitrile rubber.
  2. It is resistant to oil, grease, some acids and various petroleum products.
  3. It works at temperatures between -30°C and + 80°C.
  4. Upon request, belts resistant to + 110°C are also produced.
  5. It is produced in accordance with DIN 22102 and TS EN ISO 14890 norms.
  6. It is tested with IRM 901, IRM 902 and IRM 903 Oils in TS ISO 1817 norms.

Heat Resistant Belts

Useage of Areas:

They are used in foundries, iron-steel factories, brick and tile factories, ceramic factories, cement factories, thermal power plants, lime quarries, mines, factories which make production in high temperature and wet environments.

Features:

  1. This type of EPDM rubber based T belts (heat resistant) generally are used for conveying hot materials.
  2. Highly resistant to acids, ozone and oxygen.
  3. Belt surface temperature can resist up to 200°c.

• They exhibit flame resistance and are generally used for this purpose.
